Classic navy blue turtleneck sweater circa the 1980s or perhaps the late 1970s. Has a zipper up the back of the neck. Makes it so much easier to get on without smearing your makeup! Label reads: COTC and says its a size Large but do see measurements below. Acrylic.
Excellent vintage condition. I spotted one pinhead sized hole in the front, see photo.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist. This is a knit so there is some give.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 35" at rest up to about 48" stretched
Waist: 28" up to 43" at bottom hem
Shoulder to bottom hem: approx. 22"
